Imagine this: you've got a busy life and little time, but your pup's got his paw-ffice and plans too. Whether it's a brief visit, full-day or a longer stay we've got you covered.

At Pawffice, our vision is straightforward yet central to everything we do: we believe in providing personalised care for our furry guests. 

As our philosophy is to create a positive and constructive group, it may happen that we do not accept all reservations, since each member needs to match and to contribute with the overall balance of the group.

New clients are kindly asked to reach out to us via email. Before joining our daycare, every pup must complete a meet-and-greet session and a daycare trial to ensure a smooth and positive integration into our pack.

  • Return to Pawffice for some well-deserved quiet time and the occasional snack.

Afternoon

  • Second walk: varied in difficulty and location compared to the morning one to keep things fresh (min 45h min max 3h)
  • Back to Pawffice for the parents’ pick up, or, if requested, our drop off service.

Our overnight guests enjoy a true home experience — no boxes, no cages, just the comfort of living with us in a warm, welcoming home away from home.

During the day, they share the same activities as our daycare guests – during the night, they are in our company and the other guests staying the night. 

They are accommodated at our place and they have access to the whole area: the aim is to feel like home and keep the same routines and environment they are accustomed to. This means they have access to couches, beds, and any cosy spot they desire, allowing them to feel safe and relaxed, just like they would be at their place.

  • Early potty break: a moment to stretch, sniff, and do their business after the night.
  • Breakfast with their usual food
  • First walk: the length, difficulty and location are adjusted according to the needs of the group of the day.
  • Return to Pawffice for some well-deserved quiet time 

Afternoon

  • Second walk: varied in difficulty and location compared to the morning one to keep things fresh.
  • Back to Pawffice

Evening

  • Dinner with their usual food
  • Resting time in a cosy environment
  • Potty break before bed

This service is available from 9:00 to 16:00, variable according to personal needs. These are group walks, therefore slots may also depend on the day’s schedule, as the walks will be coordinated with those of the daycare. 

During this time, the pick up and the drop off is included. 

  • The difficulty and location are adjusted according to the needs of the individual and the group with which will be sharing the walk.
  • Each of our walks is carefully crafted to provide a balance of mental and physical stimulation, exploration, play, and relaxation, with short breaks during longer walks to ensure a comfortable experience.

A special full day in which we take your pup for an incredible adventure. Whether in the mountains, in the countryside or lakeside, we provide a 360-degrees experience to fulfil your dog’s physical and mental needs, offering an exciting and enriching experience.

All you need to prepare is your dog’s comfiest harness, and we think of the rest – we bring fresh water, treats, and a natural snack for a healthy break!

  1. Reach Out: Send us an email sharing what services you’re interested in and a little about your dog.
  2. Meet & Greet: If we have availability, we’ll schedule a meet-and-greet session. Once confirmed, you can use our calendar on the homepage to book your appointment.
  3. Daycare Trial: After the Meet & Greet, we’ll begin with a half-day daycare trial to ensure your pup feels comfortable with us.
  4. Night Care Trial: If you’re interested in overnight care, a night care trial will follow.

These steps ensure a smooth integration and the best experience for your furry friend!

WALKS

No size restriction! All sizes are welcome.

City and nature walks in the Lausanne area and surroundings.

With Samantha and/or Irene. The walks are often combined with the stroll of our daycare guests, so they are mainly group walks. For individual walks or special requests, please contact us privately in order to get the contact details of our associated partner.

A minimum of 1 hour long, up to 2 hours long including pick up and drop off.

This service is available from 9:00 until 16:00. The standard timeframes are from 9:00 to 11:00, from 11:00 to 14:00, and from 14:00 to 16:00. However, the availability and the time slot can also vary according to the activities of the day or your needs (where is possible).
