At Pawffice, we don’t offer traditional dog care services. We prioritize safety, emotional balance, and meaningful development, working closely with owners to ensure consistent progress.

To preserve a positive and balanced environment, a one-on-one program may be required before having access to our group services.

New clients are kindly asked to reach out to us via email. Before joining every service, every pup must complete a meet-and-greet session and a trial.

Times vary depending on the composition of the group to accommodate pick-up and drop-off logistics.

  • Collaboration with owners: we work together with the owner so that training and guidance continue seamlessly between home and walks, ensuring consistency and stability for the dog

  • Carefully planned group walks in balanced and harmonious groups

  • Walks tailored to the individual needs of each dog, considering behavior, reactivity, and personality.

  • Safety, management, and emotional well-being are our top priorities

  • Activities provide a mix of exploration, play, mental stimulation, and relaxation, with short breaks during longer walks.

A special full day in which we take your pup for an incredible adventure. We provide a 360-degrees experience to fulfil your dog’s physical and mental needs, offering an exciting and enriching experience.

Departure and return: Lausanne / Pully

Drop-off and pick-up options: 

  • at Pawffice;
  • at your place (additional fee);
  • at a predetermined location (additional fee);
  • If there are no nearby blue parking zones, a 3 CHF supplement applies, or an alternative meeting point can be arranged.

Timing: Departure and return times vary depending on the season and destination.

All you need is your dog’s comfiest harness; we provide fresh water, treats, and a natural snack for a healthy break.

  2. Meet & Greet: If we have availability, we’ll schedule a meet-and-greet session. Once confirmed, you can use our calendar down below to book your appointment.
  3. Daycare Trial: After the Meet & Greet, we’ll begin with a half-day daycare trial to ensure your pup feels comfortable with us.
  4. Night Care Trial: If you’re interested in overnight care, a night care trial will follow.
